In 1983, University of New Mexico Hospital formed a team to transport pediatric and adult patients to the state’s only Level I Trauma Center. Lifeguard Air Emergency Services soon selected SevenBar as their fixed-wing partner. Today, Lifeguard remains the state’s premier transport program, and SevenBar is still their fixed-wing partner.

Lifeguard team members not only provide critical service in caring for patients in the air, but continuing education to medical personnel all over the state. These efforts help ensure that people throughout New Mexico receive quality care in the air and on the ground.
