SevenBar Enterprises announces the sale of its FBO operations to Atlantic Aviation FBO, Inc. The transaction closed March 4, 2008 and transition of operations will commence immediately.
Included in the transaction are SevenBar’s three FBO locations in Albuquerque (ABQ) and Farmington (FMN), New Mexico and Sun Valley (SUN), Idaho. Each base will play an important role within Atlantic Aviation’s expanding network and with a strong customer foundation at each, enhances Atlantic’s platform for growth.

SevenBar will focus its future efforts on the growth of its air medical flight operations currently based at Dallas Love Field (DAL), Albuquerque International Airport (ABQ), Lubbock International (LBB), Houston Hobby (HOU), and Nashville International (BNA). SevenBar is widely considered one of the nation’s leading fixed wing air medical service providers, with 30 years of experience in the air medical field. It counts a number of blue-chip hospitals as its partners and has become a highly-trusted component of each hospital’s transport program. Last year, SevenBar surpassed 70,000 safe air medical flight hours – a remarkable accomplishment which speaks to the company’s strong commitment to safe operation and quality service for its customers.
Leading SevenBar’s flight operations will be Kim Montgomery, who has recently been named President of SevenBar Flying Service. Montgomery formerly served as Senior Vice President of Business Development at SevenBar where she played an instrumental role in leading the strategic growth of the air medical division in recent years. She also led successful efforts to improve the financial performance and operating efficiency of all flight operations.
Marvin Euchner has been named Senior Vice President of Operations. Euchner previously served as General Manager of Flight Operations and has direct oversight responsibility for all flight and maintenance activities. Euchner has a demonstrated track record of leading his teams to improved performance and has initiated the development of SevenBar’s Safety Management System, an industry leading effort to incorporate a formalized safety commitment throughout all aspects of the organization. Both Montgomery and Euchner will continue to work closely with each of SevenBar’s hospital partners to ensure the company continues to provide the standard of service for which it has become known.
